NHS health checks - What happens at the check?

Your NHS Health Check will take about 20 to 30 minutes.

You’ll be asked some simple questions about your family history, and any lifestyle choices which may put your health at risk.

Your height, weight, age, sex, and ethnicity will be recorded.

Your blood pressure and cholesterol will be checked.
