NHS Health Check

The NHS Health Check is a free, simple health check for adults aged 40 to 74. It looks for early signs of heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, and dementia. Checks are available at your GP surgery and some areas offer checks in community venues too.
